We go about this by focusing on developing the TEN basic measures of fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, co-ordination, agility, balance and accuracy, what this basically means is, in addition to helping you maximise your athletic performance, we will also help you be better prepared to tackle any daily challenges you may face - from carrying your groceries in from the car to playing soccer with your kids in the garden.

Our community is very important to us. Our aim is to create not just a training facility but a place to feel welcome, where the people you workout with aren't strangers, where everyone knows your name.  The support of the community will help drive you to reach your goals, whatever they are.
